DR. GARY GLUCK
DVM, Veterinarian
Dr. Gluck has a true passion for Preventive Care for Pets, the core belief upon which our practice is founded.
Dr. Gluck’s love of animals started when he was a young boy growing up on his parent’s family farm. He had a cow with which he participated in 4H events. Dr. Gluck’s sense of community also began with his participation in 4H.
He grew up in Plainfield, Connecticut. He went to the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!!). He then went on to the University of Wisconsin-School of Veterinary Medicine in Madison, where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. He spent a year in practice in Florida and then moved back home to where his heart is, in beautiful Eastern Connecticut. He is part of the Veterinary Leadership Group and is a Zoetis Elite Speaker.
When he is not at work, he enjoys cycling, fly fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

DANIELLE BARACH
Shift Lead , Veterinary Assistant
Dani joined the CVHC team in January 2020. She brought with her a passion for veterinary care for small animals and an interest in pet nutrition.
She knew she wanted to be involved with animals at a very young age. She would play veterinarian and steal the bandaids from the cabinet to put on her stuffed animals.
After high school, Dani attended Three Rivers Community College and earned her Veterinary Assistant certificate. Dani enjoys educating people about preventative pet care and helping animals in need.
When not working, Dani loves spending time with her two children, Chloe and Jaxson. They enjoy camping, kayaking, and going on the family’s boat camping on the water.
CARRIE SAVINO
Certified Veterinary Assistant
Carrie is a keen animal lover who joined the team in August 2017. Born and raised on a family-owned and operated farm in Scotland, CT, she has always had a love for working with animals of all kinds. From a very young age, she has been especially passionate about animal rescue and rehabilitation. The breed that she is most passionate and familiar with is the “pitbull”.
She is a certified veterinary assistant. She graduated high school as valedictorian in 2013, attended a horse training academy in MN, and then pursued a job at a dog training facility for four years before joining the team in 2017.
Carrie spends her free time teaching horseback riding, helping her father with his hydraulic hose company, driving a school bus, and working with her own four dogs.
Carrie is truly a go-getter and she has wonderful communication skills which make her an asset to us at CVHC where we truly feel client education and open communications are key.
